What is included in each shipment?
Each shipment consists of a minimum of 6 bottles. Each curated collection includes a mix of white, red, rosé and/or sparkling wines, but you are always welcome to customize!
Can I choose my own wines?
Yes! Just log in to your account and edit your wine selections, found under the Club Membership tab in the dashboard.
How do I know what you’re shipping? And when you’re shipping?
We always notify of you of upcoming shipments by email, 2 weeks and again 2 days prior to processing. These emails will always show you details about your shipment so you can see exactly what wine you are getting, as well as the shipping and billing information we will use for the shipment.
If we do not hear otherwise, your credit card on file will automatically be charged and we will proceed with shipping the curated collection.
Can I pick my order up in person?
Of course, we love seeing our members! Just make sure to update your shipping information, and set it for pick up at the winery. Please check our current hours to make sure we will be around to meet you.
What are loyalty points, and how do I use them?
Loyalty points are earned every time you spend. 100 points carries a $1 value, which can be used online or in person towards wine, experiences, The Hot Dog Lounge, and more.
If you would like to apply your loyalty points towards shipping or provincial fees, just let us know!
Please note: taxes and shipping do not qualify for point earnings.

How do I get free shipping?
We pay the shipping on every order of 24 bottles (or can equivalent), regardless whether it’s an official club shipment or regular order.
What does membership cost?
You only pay for the bottles you receive. There is no annual membership cost, and no fees to join or to skip! The average cost per wine club shipment is between $160 – $180 for 6-bottles, pre-taxes and shipping fees.
Who do you ship with?
We ship using ATS, however, we sometimes have to use Canada Post for particularly rural or remote areas. All deliveries containing alcohol legally require the signature of someone of legal drinking age. ATS shipments are temperature controlled in winter and summer months.
How do I cancel my membership?
We’re sad to see you go! Just cancel from your online account.
Please note: If your cancellation reason is pregnancy, your account is automatically put on hold for 9 months.
We never want to charge someone’s credit card unexpectedly or ship them wines they didn’t want, so please be mindful of the following:
